I ordered a small piece of granite and I was asked to pay $40 deposit.  I had no problem with this fact and my credit card was charged right away. I was promised that my order will be ready in few days. About a week   later I called the store several times, left messages however the owner never called back! He also removed the general welcoming message on his phone.
I am not sure what his plans or intentions were but I am happy I paid  by credit card not cash and I was able to dispute it with the credit card company and I got my money back!
